How do I return something to you?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order then feel free to get in touch through our contact form and we’ll happily arrange the return of your item.
How much is postage?
Postage is based upon the items weight and your location. You can always see this at the checkout before you make your payment.
When will I receive my order?
We are proud to offer our customers same-day order processing if you get your orders in before 2pm on weekdays.
If you’re in the UK, you should then receive your item the next working day!
How amazing is that?
For international orders:
Europe – 3 to 7 days
USA – 5 to 14 days
Rest of the World – 7 -14 days
If you haven’t received you item within these times then get in touch and we’ll find out exactly where it is.
What is your Returns Policy?
We are confident that you will love your order as we stock the highest quality items and aim to give you as much detail about each item as possible.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order then just let us know and we can arrange a return.
If the item is damaged or deficient as a fault of the manufacturer then we offer an exchange or full refund and will cover postage fees.
Do you delivery worldwide?
Absolutely. We offer a fast international delivery service. Just enter your address at the checkout and the postage will be calculated by weight and location.
We aim for the lowest delivery fees possible so worry not.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
We send all orders by tracked delivery. You will receive your tracking code as soon as your order is picked up and shipped out to you.
You can check up on your delivery by signing into your account and clicking on Order Tracking.
I'm working for the council or government body and can't buy through the online checkout, how can I pay?
That’s no problem, if you need to pay with a purchase order through your government employer then we can arrange the order manually.
